CANCELLATION POLICY
Please make changes in your confirmation email. If you are unable to make changes to your appointment in your email that means you have missed the time frame to reschedule or cancel for free. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice will be charged up to 100% of the booked service, including but not limited to illness or weather. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Appointments rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice may still incur a cancellation fee. No-call, no-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service and may result in restricted future bookings. Last-minute service changes made within 48 hours will be charged at the originally booked service price. This includes switching from a full set or fill to a lash removal. Please no kids & no extra guests at your appointment. I do not offer refunds and all deposits are none refundable. Form of payment: Cash, card, or Zelle. Card must be held on file in order to book.
